About Me
Hi my name is Tron. I am one of the smallest dogs here at LAW and also one of the “pirate” dogs with only one eye. That does not stop me from running around with my friend Irene in the kitchen every day. She is kind of my boss I think and tells me what I should be doing. People smile when they see me and Irene tighter – we both have only one eye but on different side. I’m an active young boy and nothing scares me so watch out !!!!!
What Makes Me Special
I think my small size makes me different and special in some ways. Not your average Thai street dog but I make up for it with a big heart and a very friendly personality. Even though I’m missing one eye I can see perfectly, well at least on the one side. So I have to be careful in the future that nothing sneaks up on me from my “blank side”
Why am I Here at Lanta Animal Welfare?
I was found at a local temple. Many stray dogs in Thailand end up here because the kind monks feed and take care of us as much as they can. I had a very swollen and painful eye so they decided to contact Lanta Animal Welfare. When they examined me, they decided they could not save my eye. I think I look really cute with my one eye and boy can I see everything that is going on.
